Premier Catering and Event Planning offers on-site coordination on the day of your wedding or other event to ensure all of the details are covered and everything runs smoothly. Our day-off coordinating gives you an ease of mind as you enter the big day- it is something you will never regret!
 
What can our On-Site Coordinator do for you?

  • Keep the event running by following a set timeline
  • Set up, Tear down, Decorate
  • Assist in making sure all bases have been covered before the big day
  • Coordinate staff, DJ, Photographer, venue contact, questions from guests or family members, transportation, and more!
  • Ensure all of the small details are not left forgotten in the excitment of the big day (ie: pack up gifts, ensure rental items go to there correct location, communicate with you to make for a smooth Grand Entrance, coordinate music, slideshows, etc.)
  •  …Anything else you request, our On-Site Coordinator will be there for YOU!
